What Are The Requirements For Joining The Mat course?
The following are requirements for joining the Mat course;
- Basic Anatomy training -not included in the courses listed.
- A reasonable standard of physical health which enables execution of the exercises in the course.
- Completion of at least 15 Pilates sessions or classes prior to start date.
- Availability of time and resources -sufficient to master the course material.
If you want to take the 15 Mat sessions at Iso Fit, you will need to book an Assessment first.
The GM1 , Gateway Mat module is part of the full course.
Once you register for the Mat course, you will complete some the modules online as part of the course ie: Gateway Online and Polestar principles of movement:
